A little bit noisy from other rooms and the near street, bathroom wasnt with toilet paper asked the staff and problem resolved.

Property backs out to busy street which can be loud but is convenient. there are restaurants and convenience stores close by. There is a pool which was clean and had sun most of the day. beds were fine. looked clean enough for a budget place. AC worked well. the room was a bit dingy and dark feeling. the door would only stay shut if it was locked.

the bathrooms were not good. they smelled like a porta-potty and the smell lingered in the main room. I had to hold my breath whenever using the bathroom. there were also ants in the bathroom and we couldnt figure out where they came from. the bathroom made me happy we only stayed the one night

Firstly we tried to contact the property as the Google location is incorrect, and they never replied. When we found the place thanks to some locals, there was no reception area. Thank goodness some guests were outside and we had to go to one of the rooms who then contacted the host. Room was dirty, especially the bathroom. We had no hot water to shower. Towels were stained. Probably the worst place I've stayed in my life.

Great location, nice staff, clean rooms. They also have a pool which we didnt know about when we booked as there are no pictures on the booking, which was a nice surprise!

The room is clean though smelled a bit stale. But for the price, it was actually pretty good. Pretty good sized on-site pool. You can see the pool from the side street though, so if you're bashful in a bathing suit this might throw you off a bit. Gated lot just off the main road, but you still don't get the sounds of heavy traffic. Location was great for what I needed. There are a few decent sized grocery markets, restaurants and coffee shops within easy walking distance (I'd know, I was on foot). There's even a little Dim Sum shack if you go out to the main road and turn right.

Make sure you have cell service when you show up! I had to have my taxi driver call the WhatsApp number on the sign in order to Check In because I had no cell service with my international phone. Really though...if you're expecting people to Check In that day someone should already be there? Also, make sure that if you don't speak the local language that you have your translation app downloaded. The staff doesn't speak but maybe a couple words of English. The bed was rather hard and the room smelled a little musky, probably because rooms aren't being used as much these days...leaves things smelling a bit stale. Then when I went to pay at Check Out though they couldn't accept card, so make sure you have cash. These things were inconvenient, but just make sure you're prepared. For the price, it was still a really good stay.
